About the role

The Strategy and Go-to-Market Leader for Public Records will shape the growth agenda for LexisNexis Legal & Professional in North America. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a market‑facing team, develop new revenue opportunities and ensure the product portfolio meets evolving customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the public records strategic plan aligned with the business mission.
• Lead a team of 1 manager and 8 sales professionals responsible for $14 M annual revenue.
• Develop financial models for new product launches or market expansion to support capital planning.
• Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
• Drive data‑driven decision making, hypothesis testing and AB testing for product initiatives.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate cross‑functional execution and track ROI.
• Set aggressive KPIs, monitor performance and guide the team when quantitative data is limited.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales or market‑facing teams in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance organizational and customer needs.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable with market analysis and financial modeling.
