Strategic Sourcer Recruiter

About the role

Walmart Connect is seeking a Recruiter – Strategic Sourcer to partner with hiring managers and build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions. The role focuses on proactive, passive candidate engagement and supports end‑to‑end hiring for internal talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM and job boards.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Track requisition progress, monitor pipeline health and flag risks to meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Collect and report recruiting metrics, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Support internal requisitions from posting through offer acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers on role definition and candidate profiling.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using ATS and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to run sourcing campaigns and maintain active pipelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to negotiate offers within compensation guidelines.
• Experience managing structured interview processes and coaching interviewers.
• Preferred experience sourcing for sales organizations and familiarity with Workday or Avature.
