Strategic Projects Lead

About the role

Reducto is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to act as the highest‑leverage operator for its GTM team. You will own ambiguous, high‑impact initiatives from definition through execution, partnering directly with leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive top‑priority special initiatives, turning vague concepts into measurable results.
• Design and implement 0‑to‑1 workflows, standards, and processes, ensuring clear definitions of “done.”
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Product, GTM/Sales, and Operations without formal authority.
• Build dashboards, reporting, and lightweight analytics to track progress and surface bottlenecks.
• Identify inefficiencies, automate where possible, and transition mature systems to long‑term owners.
• Prepare concise updates and briefings for executive leadership and relevant partners.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of standing up GTM/RevOps functions from scratch.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast‑paced environments, and high‑growth settings.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset with a bias toward automation and simplification.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on expertise with Salesforce.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with HubSpot.
• Strong analytical abilities, including modeling and forecasting.
• Experience working directly with raw data, building dashboards and tools.
• Technical proficiency with SQL or Python for data analysis.
