Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics and seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial modeling and provide data‑informed recommendations on capital allocation, fundraising, and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RobCo’s financial model, translating multiple business scenarios into actionable insights.
• Partner with department heads to build and maintain detailed expense and headcount budgets.
• Lead financial reporting for internal stakeholders and the board, highlighting critical insights.
• Provide monthly variance analysis and cash‑burn recommendations to leadership.
• Support US‑specific financial processes and non‑dilutive financing analysis and execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a high‑growth tech company, preferably with investment banking or consulting experience.
• Experience modeling hardware‑driven businesses, including unit economics, COGS, or manufacturing financials.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision‑making across product, engineering, and GTM functions.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with financial systems (ERP, EPM, GL) and interest in AI‑powered tools.
• SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
