Strategic Engagement Specialist

About the role

Booz Allen is hiring a Regional Strategic Engagement Specialist in Dededo, Guam, for a strategic forward overseas region covering an Air Force and Navy installation. The role covers the administrative and programmatic aspects of regional functions and the administration of executive functions for a commander, supporting a Flag Officer who frequently interacts with senior U.S. and foreign military and civilian representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute visits by congressional representatives, defense and service department secretary-level civilian leadership, military Flag and General Officers, and foreign military and civilian leadership.
• Prepare DV visit schedules and set up VTC systems.
• Support the Flag Officer's engagements with senior U.S. and foreign military and civilian representatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience coordinating Distinguished Visitor (DV) visits and handling protocol duties.
• Experience preparing DV visit schedules and setting up VTC systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Secret clearance; applicants are subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Nice to have: experience with the USPACOM theater of operations and multinational coordination, ability to work in a high-tempo, 24/7 environment and troubleshoot technical issues under pressure, and strong communication skills.

• Projected annual salary range of $86,800 to $198,000 depending on location, qualifications and experience.
