Strategic Account Manager - Language Services

About the role

Translation Excellence, a global leader in language services serving corporations, governments, non-profits, educational institutions and individuals, is looking for a highly motivated Strategic Accounts Manager. You will drive growth and expand the business within key strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Understand client needs and tailor language service solutions.
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams on client projects.
• Run regular account reviews and performance analyses to improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends and opportunities to find new business.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and negotiate to win and grow accounts.
• Prioritize a portfolio of accounts and follow up consistently.
• Report sales metrics, account activity and market intelligence to management.
• Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven track record in strategic account management and sales in language services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems for language services.
• Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel for clients and industry events; fluency in multiple languages preferred.
