Account Executive - Language Services

About the role

Translation Excellence, a global provider of language services serving corporations, governments, non-profits, educational institutions and individuals, is looking for motivated, results-driven Account Executives in Aurora. You will drive sales, build strong client relationships and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and industry events, and build a robust sales pipeline
• Nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing tailored solutions
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, handle objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts, upsell and cross-sell, and resolve escalations
• Research competitors and market trends, and share insights with management
• Maintain sales records and forecasts in the CRM, and prepare regular sales reports and presentations

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in language services or a related field
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
• Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with translation, interpretation, localization or related services
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools and Microsoft Office Suite
