Store Manager – University Village

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a Store Manager for its University Village location in Seattle. You will lead a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations while embodying the brand’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop a strong store team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead the store’s customer experience by modeling service standards, clienteling, and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and KPIs through goal setting, daily coaching and in‑store events.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory processes and store expenses to meet business targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in a service‑focused environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving abilities and operational expertise (scheduling, payroll, inventory).
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lb; availability for 40 hours/week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
