Store Manager - The Mall at Robinson

About the role

BoxLunch at The Mall at Robinson in Pittsburgh is looking for a Store Manager to lead the store and drive its results. The company donates a meal to Feeding America for every $10 spent. The manager sets store objectives around sales targets, recruiting, development and performance management, and leads a collaborative team focused on customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the store meets its sales plan and/or comparable sales goals
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative team
• Engage customers through social media, store web applications and clienteling
• Run an operationally sound business with clear structure, delegation and autonomy
• Monitor shrink, loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules and other factors affecting business
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy
• Control supply ownership and spend, and adapt to new technologies
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time
• Mentor staff through recognition and feedback

Required profile

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is an advantage
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products with approved equipment and pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
