Seasonal Sales Associate - The Mall at Robinson

About the role

BoxLunch is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for its store at The Mall at Robinson in Pittsburgh. The role is about giving customers the best possible experience and helping fans get the merchandise they love, through friendly service, product knowledge and a well-stocked, attractive store.

Key responsibilities

• Create a great shopping experience that encourages customers to come back, showing product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor and keep assigned areas up to visual standards
• Work the register, processing sales and driving add-on sales with options such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture and merchandising mix
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of merchandise
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Carry out any other activities assigned by the Store Leader

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved store equipment and pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
