Store Manager – Nolita

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a Store Manager for its Nolita location in New York City. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver an exceptional, sustainable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop store team members; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead the store’s customer experience by modeling Rothy’s service standards, clienteling, and product storytelling.
• Drive sales and KPIs through goal setting, daily coaching and in‑store events.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising and store expenses to meet profit targets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in a service‑focused environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving ability and operational expertise (scheduling, payroll, inventory).
• Physical ability to stand, walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lb.
