About the role

Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Gonzales outlet. The role combines responsibility for delivering a consistently high‑quality customer experience with the development and coaching of a high‑performing store team. You will be the face of the brand in the store, ensuring that every guest feels confident and inspired while meeting sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and guide all aspects of the customer experience and store operations.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, fostering a “one team” culture.
• Coach and manage performance, creating succession plans for all roles.
• Maintain visual standards, execute product launches, window changes and signage placement.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and turn them into positive outcomes.
• Analyze sales data, set action plans and achieve key performance metrics.
• Promote loyalty program enrollment and credit‑card acquisition.
• Oversee inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and loss‑prevention initiatives.
