Store B Manager

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Store B Manager for its Tri-State BU, Region 01, Market 01 store in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. The position is full time with flexible availability and involves leading the store team, managing operations and finances, and keeping the store clean, stocked and well kept.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise two or more full-time employees such as Assistant Managers, Lead Representatives and Customer Service Representatives, and recruit, hire and train them
• Schedule staff, assign tasks and keep the store clean, stocked and organized according to company standards
• Build positive relationships with suppliers, resolve customer complaints promptly and provide regular on-site attendance
• Prepare performance appraisals in Workday, including 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins, 12-month reviews and anniversary check-ins
• Train employees on customer service, store image, marketing execution, safety procedures and cash handling
• Hold periodic communication meetings with employees and the Market Manager
• Manage store files, reports, merchandise display and pricing, and ensure required employment posters are visible
• Analyze daily sales and expenses, budget and forecast P&L lines, manage merchandise margins, safeguard cash and report discrepancies to the Market Manager

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 to 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Open availability, able to work about 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• English speaking and writing ability
• Physical ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for a full shift, and work in cold temperatures

Required skills

• Computer use for reports, inventory control, cash control and employment forms
• Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required

Hiring range: $15.00 to $26.00.
