Staff Product Manager, Corporate Site (Growth)

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring a Staff Product Manager for its Corporate Site (Growth) in San Francisco. The Growth squad identifies, scopes, designs and executes solutions along the customer funnel and is driving the move toward a more self-serve experience. You will work with a design, data and engineering team to generate commercial impact through the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and detailed roadmap for the corporate website, focusing on organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization and product sign-ups.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding and Website teams to design and deliver a best-in-class self-serve experience.
• Run A/B testing and experimental design with GTM, Marketing and Engineering teams, and work with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end hypothesis generation, design, execution and analysis.
• Work with Design and UX teams to improve navigation, information architecture and core user flows.
• Analyze website performance data to find drop-off points and user patterns, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering and other Product teams so the site supports product launches and the customer journey.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Corporate website product ownership.
• Ability to communicate product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences, and to balance user needs with commercial strategy.
• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• A/B testing and experimental design experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to structure complex problems with data and first-principles reasoning.
