Staff Platform Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

This senior individual contributor role will design and evolve scalable, secure, and automated platform infrastructure across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments, supporting engineering, autonomy, and enterprise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and evolve internal platform infrastructure for public cloud, private cloud, and on‑prem environments.
• Design and implement standardized, secure application deployment patterns and infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks.
• Create automation, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Partner with security teams to embed controls, auditability, and compliance into platform designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of platform, DevOps, or SRE experience supporting large‑scale systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex platform initiatives and collaborate across engineering teams.
