Staff Nurse I – New Graduate (Entry Level)

About the role

Natividad is seeking recent nursing graduates to join its inpatient teams as Staff Nurse I – New Grad. Under the guidance of a supervising or charge nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care across a variety of units, including Women & Children’s Services and Adult Services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with the nursing care plan and facility policies.
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly to the supervising RN or health‑care provider.
• Administer medications safely via oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and rectal routes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients of all ages.

Required profile

• Valid California Registered Nurse license or California Interim Permit.
• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work the full scope of RN licensure with decreasing supervision.
• Willingness to start on Monday, August 24, 2026.

Required skills

• Medication administration (PO, IM, SQ, rectal).
• Understanding of pharmacokinetics and safe drug delivery.
