Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Clever Real Estate is seeking a Staff Full‑Stack Software Engineer to own end‑to‑end customer and operational problems. You will work across Python/Django back‑end and React/TypeScript front‑end, turning ambiguous needs into reliable, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑stack product and operational initiatives from framing through launch and production validation.
• Design and maintain applications using Django and TypeScript, making decisions on architecture, APIs, security and operations.
• Leverage AI tools throughout investigation, development, testing and review to improve speed and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations and other stakeholders to define successful outcomes.
• Diagnose production issues, restore service responsibly and drive improvements to reduce recurrence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Python and Django.
• Experience building user‑facing applications with React and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ownership of production outcomes and ability to communicate technical decisions in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
