About the role

Atlas Technica is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support hedge fund and investment firm clients. This remote, East‑Coast‑focused position offers strong technical challenges and rapid career growth within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

Mentor a team of Junior and Systems Engineers.
Provide IT support services to users onsite and via remote tools.
Manage support queries using a ticketing system.
Maintain documentation and follow organizational rules and guidelines.
Adhere to strict change‑control procedures.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or systems administration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to balance projects, support tickets, and R&D initiatives.
Significant experience with the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
Solid knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Azure cloud services.
MSP tools: ConnectWise suite.
Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code tools.
