Sr Strategic Planning Analyst

About the role

This role independently provides analysis to an assigned area of business, organizes and manages special projects, and supports service line growth initiatives. The analyst serves as a direct resource to operational management and administrative leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, review, and validate work product of assigned departmental staff.
• Provide integrated analysis and actionable recommendations to support strategic growth.
• Supervise and manage special projects involving service line analysis, competitive demographics, and mapping.
• Leverage multiple data sources to mine, combine, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Produce standard reporting packages and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, trending, forecasting, modeling, and reporting (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and judgment skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with database applications and data‑analysis tools.
