Sr. SEO Manager

About the role

iCrossing is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead day‑to‑day SEO and GEO initiatives for large, enterprise‑level clients. You will drive organic growth, shape SEO strategy, and collaborate across marketing, technology, and experience teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Conduct findability research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success.
• Oversee execution of technical SEO, content optimization, entity strategy, and related services such as CMS enhancements and landing page development.
• Utilize advanced SEO and analytics tools, including iCrossing’s proprietary platform, to monitor performance and generate actionable reports.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and help shape the company’s SEO & GEO product offering.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful SEO engagements for large or enterprise clients.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing junior SEO personnel.
• Excellent communication skills to present strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
