Sr. Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

About the role

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a senior Salesforce Consultant to join its Field Service practice. You will work directly with customers to translate business needs into robust, AI‑enhanced Salesforce solutions that improve service operations and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design, configure, and deliver Service Cloud and Field Service solutions.
• Architect end‑to‑end implementations using point‑and‑click tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
• Leverage Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and Agentforce to create AI‑driven service experiences.
• Partner with the AI team to integrate generative AI capabilities into Salesforce platforms.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases and continuously expand technical expertise.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on project experience delivering Salesforce solutions.
• 3+ years of development or configuration experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service and Field Service business processes.
