DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who thrives on solving high‑impact, complex infrastructure and automation problems. You will own critical system architecture, drive infrastructure reliability, and build at scale, enabling millions of hourly workers to access financial freedom.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, automate, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Oversee reliability, performance, and monitoring with self‑hosted Grafana, Sentry, and Laravel Nightwatch.
• Manage specialized environments for AI, data science, and ML workloads.
• Drive security and compliance efforts, including SOC2 and PCI DSS audits and technical controls.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to support cross‑functional teams.
• Manage AI integrations and internal AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong expertise in infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform) and automation.
• Strong security mindset.
• Solid coding background; willingness to work with PHP/Laravel stack.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Ability to manage infrastructure for AI/ML/Data Science workloads.
