Sr. Enterprise Performance Management Administrator

About the role

The Sr. Enterprise Performance Management Administrator will support and enhance CooperVision's Oracle EPM applications, both on‑premise and future cloud versions. This full‑time onsite role works closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, configuration, and administration of Oracle EPM suite (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, etc.).
• Collaborate with finance users to gather requirements, design functional specifications, and deliver system training.
• Monitor service requests, incidents, and projects to ensure timely, high‑quality resolution.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and use cases; analyze test results and resolve defects.
• Oversee small projects or phases of larger initiatives, coordinating schedules and resources.
• Maintain documentation of integrations, system configurations, and business processes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite, including support and administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across IT and business teams, influence stakeholders, and manage change.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; CPA or finance degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Oracle EPM applications: Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View.
• Oracle R12 technical stack knowledge.
• Experience with EPM business rules, web forms, calculation scripts.
• Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and testing.
• Ability to develop functional and system requirements documentation.
