Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Operations Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate in Manufacturing Operations Management to support efficient production operations and drive continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing areas within a single plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized technical tasks supporting Production Engineering, Manufacturing Process Development, Mold/Tool/Die, Production Operations, Planning/Control and Materials Supply.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with GxP regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate and manage teams across various manufacturing functions, fostering a well‑trained, optimized labor workforce.
• Contribute to operational excellence by aligning activities with business objectives and driving process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S. + 0 years).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience with production engineering, process development, and mold/tool/model making.
