Sr. Analyst, Brand Advocate

About the role

The Brand Advocate Sr. Analyst is a strategic partner to suppliers, internal merchants and cross-functional teams, focused on driving brand and category growth through data-driven insights and scalable solutions. The role is highly visible and suits a curious self-starter who communicates insights with executive presence and delivers results across a matrixed organization. It reports to the Manager, Brand Advocate and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and partners on content changes, SKU presentation and brand performance, and provide on-site support for product set-up, onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Create and lead presentations with stakeholders to share project wins, analysis results and align on future opportunities.
• Mentor colleagues by providing supplemental onboarding and training.
• Partner with stakeholders to build project plans that support strategic growth, incremental revenue and a better online experience.
• Act as subject matter expert for the supported assortment or category and offer process improvements.
• Build system knowledge through tailored training classes.
• Track content performance, digital asset management and assortment opportunities through regular reporting.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with consistent delivery and quality.
• Overnight travel of 5% to 20% of the time; mostly sits indoors in a comfortable setting.

Required skills

• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, with the ability to analyze large datasets and turn them into clear data stories.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Preferred: experience with major consumer brands, vendor management, digital marketing, e-commerce and merchandising.
• Preferred: quick learner interested in data tools such as SQL, Tableau and Adobe.
