Brand Advocate Analyst

About the role

The Brand Advocate Analyst is a key business partner to strategic suppliers, internal merchants and cross-functional teams. The role drives brand and category growth by analysing performance data and customer behaviour, and by presenting findings to executive-level audiences. It sits within the Store Support Center and typically reports to the Manager, Brand Advocate.

Key responsibilities

• Build projects: partner with stakeholders to create project plans supporting strategic growth and incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners on content changes, product presentation and brand performance across the product lifecycle.
• Track content performance, digital asset management and assortment opportunities through regular reporting.
• Create and lead presentations with suppliers, merchants and stakeholders on project wins, analysis results and future opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour and key performance indicators to improve the online experience and drive conversion.
• Provide on-site support for online product set-up, onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Build system knowledge through tailored training classes.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• Preferred: experience with major consumer brands; vendor management, digital marketing, e-commerce and merchandising.
• Preferred: ability to manage several workstreams, quick learner interested in data tools such as SQL, Tableau and Adobe.

Travel is typically required 5% to 20% of the time, mostly indoors, with occasional lifting of light items.
