About the role
The Department of Psychology & Communication at Texas A&M International University is seeking qualified candidates for part‑time Adjunct Faculty positions to teach online Psychology courses during the Spring 2027 semester and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Teach up to six semester credit hours in Psychology as dictated by student demand.
- Hold office hours, assist students, and promptly meet semester timelines such as syllabus submission and grade posting.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Psychology (required).
- Doctorate in Psychology (preferred).
- Previous collegiate teaching experience and relevant professional experience.
Required skills
- Ability to teach subject matter effectively in alignment with program and student learning outcomes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
