Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and grow new business relationships with local and regional advertisers.
• Create customized campaigns across TV, digital, CTV, OTT, streaming audio, paid social and programmatic channels featuring major sports properties.
• Present clear marketing strategies aligned with client goals, budgets and target audiences.
• Partner with creative, digital strategy and analytics teams to launch, optimize and report on campaigns.
• Use performance data to make recommendations and secure long‑term client partnerships.
• Stay current on sports media, digital advertising and emerging technology trends.

Required profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for sports and understanding of fan engagement.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated approach to finding opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Consultative sales mindset with ability to translate client objectives into effective solutions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of traditional television, digital, Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with OTT, streaming audio, paid social platforms and analytics tools.
