Sponsorship Sales Manager

About the role

Bisnow is seeking a Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead event sponsorship sales for its commercial real‑estate conferences in the Houston market. The role combines high‑volume B2B selling with the opportunity to coach and develop a growing sales team. You will work on‑site three to four days a week and remotely one to two days.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with marketing executives across all asset classes to secure sponsorships for Bisnow’s conferences.
• Conduct research, pitch proposals, negotiate terms and close sponsorship deals to meet or exceed booking targets.
• Collaborate with the event production team to design sponsor‑friendly programs that align with client interests.
• Document all activities in Salesforce CRM and track personal and team KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Work closely with the broader sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and expand reach into target accounts.
• Attend, emcee and represent Bisnow at events, staying current on market trends to deliver value to partners.
• Provide strategic advice on Bisnow’s product portfolio to maximize sponsor ROI.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑volume B2B sales, preferably within commercial real‑estate or related sectors.
• Ability to manage an existing book of business and grow revenue consistently.
• Leadership potential to coach and develop junior sellers in a player‑coach capacity.
• Strong understanding of the Houston commercial‑real‑estate market.
