Part-Time Keyholder at Houston Galleria

About the role

Rothy’s is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join its Houston Galleria store. You will help create a service‑first culture, support smooth store operations, and act as a role model for teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by coaching team members and upholding brand standards.
• Drive personal and team sales through clienteling, team selling, and participation in in‑store events.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, overseeing daily operations, visual merchandising, and service expectations.
• Own assigned areas under the Division of Responsibility program and report progress to store leadership.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to work at least 16 hours per week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and use ladders or step stools safely.

Required skills

• Strong customer‑service and clienteling abilities.
• Experience with merchandising, shipment, or stockroom tasks.
• Ability to coach and train teammates on store standards and product knowledge.
