Spirits Sales Representative – On‑Premise – Inland Empire

About the role

Join a leading beer, wine and spirits distributor as a Spirits Sales Representative covering the Inland Empire. You will build and grow on‑premise accounts, promote supplier brands and achieve sales targets while working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service on‑premise accounts on an efficient daily route.
• Identify growth opportunities, conduct surveys and ensure national account compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placement, promotions and inventory levels.
• Provide staff training on priority brands and handle customer issues, credits and returns.
• Collect payments where legally permissible and support new account openings.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity goals set by management.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in beverage alcohol.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
