Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Outpatient

About the role

ICAN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (or Certified Fellow) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. You will work in a purpose‑driven environment focused on children with neurodiversity, providing impactful, evidence‑based therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, screen, and treat speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders in children.
• Document daily SOAP notes, progress notes, and complete initial and re‑evaluations in a timely manner.
• Implement neurodiversity‑affirming, evidence‑based treatment techniques.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, BCBA, psychologists, and other team members for a whole‑child approach.
• Provide parent and family education and ensure culturally responsive treatment planning.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State SLP license or interim permit (CF).
• 1‑3 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Assessment and treatment of autism, ADHD, language‑based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
