Lead Occupational Therapist

About the role

ICAN is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to provide evidence‑based pediatric care while mentoring the OT team. You will manage caseloads, drive clinical quality, and support professional development in a collaborative, state‑of‑the‑art environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat children with autism, ADHD, sensory integration challenges, and learning differences.
• Mentor, coach, and inspire the occupational therapy team, setting standards for excellence.
• Manage caseloads, streamline workflows, and promote clinical innovation.
• Collaborate with speech‑language pathologists, physical therapists, BCBAs, and psychologists to achieve integrated outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience delivering pediatric OT interventions for neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of evidence‑based OT practices for autism, ADHD, and sensory integration.
• Ability to apply trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care approaches.
