About the role

MissionOne Media, a brand within BarkleyOKRP, is seeking a Specialist in Video Investments to partner with media owners and activate video campaigns that drive business results for agency clients. This non‑exempt position focuses on negotiating, executing, and optimizing video media buys across the evolving video landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with negotiation and placement of video buys that meet media plan objectives.
• Manage execution of video purchases, ensuring accurate scheduling and updates.
• Maintain precise buy details, including budgets and guaranteed delivery goals.
• Collaborate with trafficking and operations teams to deliver creative assets.
• Prepare client‑facing buy overviews and support Upfront/Scatter negotiations.
• Stay current on macro and micro video marketplace trends.
• Report campaign performance against deal terms and client‑specific KPIs.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with media partners.
• Communicate campaign status, opportunities, and issues to agency teams and clients.
