The Specialist, Sales and Service Banker acts as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong, long‑lasting relationships while addressing their financial needs. This role combines frontline banking services with proactive sales, digital engagement, and risk‑aware customer support in a branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ financial goals and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately and maintaining cash drawer balances.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities, promote digital banking tools, and educate customers on self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including risk and fraud defense.
• Support nearby branch locations and perform operational tasks such as audits and custodianship when needed.
