About the role

The Sales & Service Banker works directly with customers in the Boro Park branch, acting as a trusted financial advisor. You will combine relationship building with product expertise to meet customers' banking, lending, and investment needs while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and promote self‑service options.
