Specialist, Digital Operations Agentic Intelligence

About the role

The Specialist, Digital Operations Agentic Intelligence will help build AI‑ready data foundations and intelligent agents that support Development Sciences and Clinical Supply digital operations. This early‑career technical contributor works with modern data engineering and low‑code platforms to design, test, and operationalize data products and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, document and operationalize governed agents, data pipelines, dashboards and web applications using Python, SQL, Databricks, Dataverse, Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support the full lifecycle of agentic AI solutions, from intake and proof‑of‑concept through deployment, monitoring and retirement.
• Apply disciplined software engineering practices such as Git‑based version control, code reviews, reusable templates and release‑readiness checks.
• Collaborate with business, data, technology, quality and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, automation or related technical roles (or equivalent academic/project experience).
• Hands‑on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation, analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, semantic layers, metadata and governance concepts.
• Exposure to generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering or agentic workflow concepts.
