Special Projects Lead, Product & Growth

About the role

Sailor Health is building a new care model for aging adults and needs a leader to create the engine behind its newest distribution channel: provider partnerships. You will work closely with the Director of Provider Partnerships and Provider Partnership Managers to make them more effective with AI and scale the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time with Provider Partnership Managers (PPMs) on field visits and calls to map the partnership workflow and identify bottlenecks.
• Design, code, and ship a web application for PPMs, including data workflows that prioritize practices and track partnership status.
• Capture best practices into repeatable playbooks, onboarding manuals, training, and coaching materials.
• Design infrastructure for hyper‑scale growth, including territory design, capacity planning, reporting, and field collateral.

Required profile

• 3 to 9 years of experience in product, strategy, analytics, or operations, preferably in a startup, consulting, or data‑heavy growth role.
• Strong data background with fluency in SQL and ability to build dashboards and models.
• Product mindset: comfortable talking to users, identifying problems, and shipping solutions that drive adoption.
• Hands‑on approach to building with AI tools and rapid prototyping.
• High emotional intelligence to build trust with PPMs and physicians.
