Associate CNO Developer

About the role

Join MANTECH’s mission‑focused team in Hanover, MD, developing offensive cyber capabilities that protect national security. You will work on cutting‑edge Computer Network Operations (CNO) solutions in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware‑ or software‑based CNO capabilities.
• Assist with design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications, software, and systems.
• Apply security concepts and network technologies while ensuring software engineering standards are met.

Required profile

• BS degree in a technical discipline or High School Diploma with 4+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming and troubleshooting/debugging.
• Current active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

• TCP/IP and socket‑level programming
• Low‑level system internals across multiple platforms
• Software analysis or reverse engineering
• Unit testing frameworks and assembly programming concepts
