About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking enthusiastic Spanish tutors to provide in‑home instruction for students in the North Raleigh area and surrounding communities. You will create personalized learning experiences that align with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study.
Key responsibilities
- Develop customized learning plans that emphasize understanding over memorization.
- Provide remedial support or enrichment challenges based on each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents to communicate progress, challenges, and successes.
Required profile
- Current, valid North Carolina Professional Educator’s License, or be a qualified teacher or teacher‑candidate in the United States.
- Experience teaching or tutoring Spanish at an accredited U.S. or Canadian institution.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Spanish language instruction.
- Ability to design and adapt lesson plans for diverse learner levels.
