Sous Chef – Lead Kitchen Operations

Our team creates memorable dining experiences through polished service. As a Sous Chef you will oversee all kitchen operations and provide leadership and support to the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Operations: Oversee kitchen stations, ensure they are set up, stocked and running smoothly for service; lead and delegate tasks, work all stations including expo.
• Accounting & Administrative: Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, new menu rollouts, and manage labor and food costs.
• Inventory: Check deliveries, verify quality, ensure proper storage, track inventory levels and reduce waste through effective prep and rotation.
• Human Resources: Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and train new team members on duties, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in fine‑dining kitchen leadership (Lead Line Cook, Sous Chef or equivalent).
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, lift up to 50 lb, stand and walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
