Sourcing & Procurement Manager - P2P Transformation

About the role

Protiviti is hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Manager with deep Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise for its Business Performance Improvement team. The role suits a technology-forward consultant who combines functional procurement knowledge with hands-on P2P platform implementation experience. It is based in Atlanta (Peachtree Rd) with additional locations in Charlotte, Miami and Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead P2P workstreams on procurement transformation programs, covering requisition-to-order, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier enablement and payment optimization.
• Act as functional and technical subject matter expert on P2P platforms, guiding clients from requirements through configuration and testing.
• Run spend analysis, process mining and cycle time analyses to find inefficiencies and savings opportunities.
• Design and optimize procurement processes aligned to client operating models, compliance and technology.
• Use automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Co-Pilot / Gen AI to improve P2P throughput and controls.
• Present findings, recommendations and roadmaps to client stakeholders, including senior leadership and the C-suite.
• Mentor and coach Senior Consultants and Consultants, and contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, sourcing and procurement or procurement technology; management consulting experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on implementation experience with one or more P2P platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in procure-to-pay, including spend analysis, process mining and P2P process design.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring.

Required skills

• P2P platforms: Coupa, SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, Basware, Workday Procurement / WSS, SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Spend analysis, process mining, cycle time analysis, Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Automation with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Co-Pilot; Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methods; certification such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), CPSM or CSCP preferred.

What we offer

• Salary range of $126,000 - $202,000, with a 12% bonus target (total cash range $141,120 - $226,240).
