Solutions Consultant – Small Law

About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a Solutions Consultant focused on the Small Law market. You will become an expert on LexisNexis products, provide education and support to legal professionals, and help grow revenue within assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative services and proactive outreach to maximize product usage and understanding.
• Conduct virtual presentations and trainings, showcasing value propositions and differentiators.
• Partner with sales to provide product demos, identify upsell opportunities, and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans and build strong relationships.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree or comparable experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, or law librarian.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales and/or training experience with comfort delivering virtual presentations.
• Legal research experience and familiarity with LexisNexis tools.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and build solid internal and external relationships.
