About the role
Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is seeking a lateral or associate attorney with at least two years of experience in Workers’ Compensation to join its Dayton office. This full‑time position offers a collaborative environment with strong support staff and some flexibility to work from home as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation and hearings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Required profile
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
- Outgoing personality with strong client interaction skills.
