Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations

About the role

Lead a global team that develops, maintains and activates LexisNexis’ secondary analytical content, ensuring its authority, currency and value in AI‑generated legal workflows. The role drives operational efficiency, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across a 150‑person organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set global strategy, operating roadmap and priorities for Analytical Editorial Operations across Asia, North America, Pacific and the UK.
• Partner with product, technology, data science and commercial leaders to improve creation, delivery and activation of analytical products.
• Lead adoption and scaling of GenAI‑enabled content platforms such as the Agentic Content Platform and ACE.
• Establish global standards, governance and human‑in‑the‑loop controls for AI‑augmented editorial workflows.
• Manage budget, resource allocation and financial performance for the analytical organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience leading a global operation with responsibility for delivery, quality and financial performance.
• Proven experience managing budgets and driving organizational transformation.
• Demonstrated track record of leading AI, GenAI or automation initiatives from strategy to scaled adoption.
• Experience collaborating with product, technology, data‑science and commercial teams to deliver customer‑facing AI solutions.
• Legal‑content, publishing or information‑services background strongly preferred.
