Solutions Analyst

About the role

TotalEnergies is hiring a Solutions Analyst in Houston, Texas, working with the legal department. The role interacts with employees and contractors worldwide on project matters, legal spend and the delivery of cost-effective legal services. It supports legal operations through automation, templates and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline legal processes through automation, templates and system integrations.
• Support legal team operations, including document management, billing, scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Implement and maintain legal technology tools such as contract lifecycle management and e-signature platforms.
• Assist with data entry, reporting and dashboard creation to track legal metrics and KPIs.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff.

Required profile

• College degree preferred; relevant experience in coding or application design preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex matters clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret rapidly evolving technology, assess risk and give guidance on assigned topics.
• Collaborates with legal, non-legal and cross-functional teams and coordinates with colleagues across the US and global organization.
• Professional fluency in English.
