Support Consultant - Measurement (Hybrid)

About the role

Quorum Software, a rapidly growing company and industry leader in oil and gas transformation, is hiring a Support Consultant for its measurement support team in Houston, Texas, on a hybrid basis. The role sits in a global team that delivers client support while integrating AI into daily workflows, and expects consultants to think analytically, contribute to process improvement and use AI tools as practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a case load of customer issues across their full lifecycle: triage, documentation, investigation, resolution guidance and customer communication, with a focus on proactive updates and SLO adherence.
• Work with product, engineering and customer success teams to drive resolution and keep customers informed.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by turning resolved cases into reusable documentation and spotting patterns that improve responses to common issues.
• Use AI tools and analytical thinking to resolve issues faster, and share what works and where tools fall short.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and bring them forward in a specific, actionable way.
• Set realistic timelines, communicate proactively when things change and follow through on commitments.
• Take part in after-hours and on-call coverage for critical issues as scheduled.

Required profile

• Ability to approach complex issues analytically, break them down and identify root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proactive, clear and honest updates to customers.
• Ownership of the customer experience, even when resolution depends on others.
• Interest in applying technology to solve problems more efficiently and in learning from each case.
