• Identify market problems and use cases for data platforms serving the energy value chain, through market research, customer visits and attendance at conferences and trade shows.
• Balance the needs of internal application teams and external customers and partners who consume data, APIs and services.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, and partner with Finance, Strategy and Sales on packaging, pricing and business cases (subscription, consumption and entitlement models).
• Track adoption and health metrics such as API consumption, data volumes, tenant onboarding time and delivery velocity.
• Work with the product development team on release user stories and requirements, with marketing on go-to-market strategy and with sales channels on product positioning.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape, identify opportunities that increase sales, retention and efficiency, and evangelise the platform internally and externally.
• Maintain product documentation and user guides, including developer- and API-facing documentation, and work with the Engineering Lead through the release cycle.
