Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation (Hybrid)

About the role

Quorum Software, a provider of digital technology for business workflows in the oil and gas sector, is hiring a Project Manager for its Transformation Office in Houston, Texas. The role owns the execution of IT and transformation projects, delivering them on time, in scope and aligned with business objectives, on a hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of IT and transformation projects, including systems implementations, process improvements and technology rollouts
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and status reporting
• Coordinate across IT, business stakeholders and vendors to manage dependencies, risks and issues
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items and drive accountability to deadlines
• Manage project budget, scope and change control
• Report status, risks and issues to leadership regularly

Required profile

• 3-5 years of project management experience; IT project delivery experience preferred
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not offered

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project and Jira
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
