Solution Director: Platform & AI

About the role

AND Digital is looking for a Solution Director for its Platform & AI practice, reporting directly to the US CTO. The role defines and executes the go-to-market strategy, builds ecosystem partnerships and guides solution delivery through AND's club model. It is based on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte or South Florida).

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, helping clients define technology strategies and uncover transformation priorities.
• Shape Platform & AI solutions, including cloud-native architectures, application ecosystems and AI-enabled solutions, and support business cases and pre-sales.
• Lead technical delivery across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and other platforms, acting as a technical gatekeeper for architecture, code quality and security.
• Drive growth by qualifying new opportunities, partnering with AWS, Google and Microsoft to co-sell, and reaching a leveraged revenue target of around $2.5m.
• Own the Platform & AI proposition, develop reusable frameworks and accelerators, and mentor internal teams.
• Coach and mentor practitioners, contribute to US recruitment and onboarding, and shape the Platform & AI practice in the US.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, Architecture, AI or related delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise technology transformation, platform engineering, cloud, software engineering and/or AI programmes for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
• Experience with hyperscale clients and consultancies, and in architecture reviews, code quality, system design and platform governance.
• Comfortable in fixed-price, outcome-driven commercial models and in coaching teams across multiple geographies.
• Must live on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte or South Florida).

• AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and modern cloud platforms.
• DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, observability, automation, platform engineering and MLOps.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management, and excellent communication with engineers and executives.
